Piece of – unpublished – personal work for an article in newspaper FD in The Netherlands.

The article is called “We want water where there is none”.  Every year, about 3 billion people have to deal with a scarcity of water. Due to over consumption, pollution and climate change, this number is on the rise.

As a supporting image for this article, I of a penguin strolling through a desert in search for water and ice.

I wanted to make an image with impact and I think this does just that. I think climate change is a serious problem and we have to do what we can to make it come to a halt, as it is continuously spreading.

This print is also available as a limited edition giclée print of 50 pcs in my shop
